Cannot stress more on this, Health is the new wealth. Please do your cardio, stretching, strength training or whatever you like at least 5 times a day. Sweat it out! This will not only manage you physically in shape but your mental health will be at peace.
I don’t think so that I have to give you gyan about your diet. Do not starve yourself but eat tight. Nuts, green tea, leafy vegetables, salads, protein all needs to be managed. Discipline is the key.
Remember the photos that will be clicked on your wedding day will be carpe diem for life. You definitely want to have a good memory right?
